Help Map's blips

Hello UGBASE,
I have a little question / request for a mod or without a mod.
I'm playing on a RP server and there are many annoying blips of business in my map so I was wonder how the fuck I can delete them all - I tried to delete them by TXDWorkshop but it was failed the blips places were white.
