CLEO Help Menu mod help

Hey guys could you please help me with that mod http://www.mixmods.com.br/2016/03/transparent-menu-v-to-sa.html
it supposes to be the same menu as GTA V well,I've asi loader and all but it doesn't load, any help guys?

Get GTA 5 HUD by DK22Pac NextGen first
then install that
then install any ENB then you will see transparent background menu .

Well, I've gave this mod to my friend whom has no ENB nor GTA V Hud and it works perfect for him I've no idea why it doesn't work for me too

on the site it says have at least a video card with Shader 2.0 or higher

and then try it again and see if its transparent or not.

I actually have done this before you posted it, I extracted it as it was told to the exe folder and nothing has changed..
EDIT: How can I know if my video card has Shader 2.0

it's easy 2.0 is - (DX 9.0) DX= Direct X so on..

maybe try looking for other one this one seems bugged black background just tested it.

Hey, so I just checked out and mine is DirectX9.0c which should be fine with this mod..

you acc the same problem i had also with vista back then wen installing it, - fixed it with disabling windows aero view for me.
