Help need help making car mod

i want to make cars in gta have tinted windows i messed with img and txd editor but i cant find where to edit

Extract images from car.txd then edit it with Photoshop then import it and put the txd back in gta3.img but if you want to make a new car model you should use 3d studio max

or you mean like the ones who came with the vehicles by default(like in the vehiclename.txd file)?
for txd files simple edit(import/export) you may like to use TXDWorkshop

btw, for GT:SA what i use the most is ZModeler.

genericvehicleshatter128 just changes the color when window gets cracked but dosent change window color at all

could you mabye make it for me? because 3d editors dont work on my pc for some reason
