Miracles ain't happening.

Use Dxtory for recording.
Set all visuals to low.
Turn off all background processes.
Use Gamebooster if neccessary.

Try ZD Game Soft Recorder also..

Anyways, when CPU is capturing what's happening on screen, it has double workload therefore performance is lower. It's impossible to avoid performance drops...

Unless you have Nvidia Kepler family video card; then install ShadowPlay

Use Mirillis Action, it's the best gaming recorded ever, i never lose fps with it
Buy it from there site : http://mirillis.com/en/products/action.html

or  http://thepiratebay.se/search/Mirillis%20Action/0/99/0

am using this ]Mirillis_Action__v1.16.2.0_Multilanguage_Incl_Crack_-_[MUMBAI]

lol not for GTA SA unfortunately.

It works for gta too, but not with enb idk why.

Indeed it works, but Action is made for newer games, at least dual core CPU and then it beats all of it out of competition.

However, Action is only for Windows Vista and newer OS. On single core CPUs FPS lags and twitches are damn to be caused.

The very reason I suggested Dxtory. Also, Dxtory has natively higher video quality.

If you are really all about FPS and low storage use; get Bandicam.
