PingPoint.cs to an external overlay

Hello, fine, i supose all of you know this famous CLEO MOD PingPoint.cs : http://ugbase.eu/Thread-PingPoint-cs-Hitbox-marker?page=1
I just want fraps without seeing that in the video, so it would be good if any of you do it an external overlay, not in DirectX or OpenGL, so I can fraps without showing that to the people.

Or even better why not put the players ped to the little icon so it's pratically skin shooting.
