He don't use any shit, the triangle dissapear very fast because he use cbug and in cbug u press the rmb button during 1 second. This cbug isn't auto, my auto cbug without macros or auto cbug is 0.700 seconds.

His acurraty is good, only practice. Search in youtube EASYDM SAMP and see this pros, i don't think that they used any shit. Just pro.

bruh you must be blind  i even got shot on the first second and 3times in the first 10 seconds. Look at the red text at the bottom. Also you get healed after every kill.
