CLEO Help SAMP 0.3.7 || Updating SAMPFuncs to 5.2

I keep getting this crash error when I start it.

The sampfuncs doesn't actually say anything, Cleo is 4.1

I've downloaded everything in this topic : http://ugbase.eu/releases/(plugin)-sampfuncs-3-1-by-fyp-(0-3z)/
and it's actually still not working, Help  :yesyes:
