CLEO Help sampfuncs not working

hi all im new in this forums. im having problems with sampfuncs, its not working.
i formated my computer, and before doing that i made a backup of my gta sa modded folder (in which one i had cleo 4.3, sampfuncs 4.0 and mgfuncs 4_3impossible, and worked perfectly).
it worked in windows 7 profesional, but now that i installed windows 7 ultimate, it doesnt work and its the same folder.
i tried what says here: http://ugbase.eu/tutorials/(tut)-fix-cleo-crashes!/
tried:
installing cleo 4.1 (doesnt work)
installing asi loader (doesnt work)
installing silent asi loader (doesnt work)
with samp 0.3z r1
with samp 0.3z r2

i tried almost everything, but i dont think that will help, because i had it working with the same configuration i had before.
i have all the drivers, and i tried with microsoft .net framework 4.0 and doesnt work, same with 4.5

it doesnt crash, it just doesnt load the sampfuncs.asi that is in the gta sa folder.
here is a pic (in the attachment) , that doesnt shows that sampfunc is installed (as you can see, i have cleo 4.3 and mgfunc version impossible)

i hope someone can help me, i am really sad  :bawww:

Control Panel > System and Security > Security > Advanced system settings > Advanced tab > Settings (performance) >  Data Execution Prevention tab > check the first box and press OK to both of the windows.

I have the same problem as he has.
You mean to tick the first box where it says "Turn on DEP for essential windows programs and services only " ?
It's ticked to me and sampfuncs isn't creating the log file and the settings one.
I have installed net framework 4,  and the visual x64 for my windows and still  not loading.

I downloaded DirectX9 from here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=34429
I opened it , nothing installed , and comes up a message who says : "The components installed are now ready to use." but no loading bar nothing ... *confused* , any ideeas? Still not working  mg_run:
P.S: My gta is working if i delete the sampfuncs files and other who uses sampfuncs, but i need it work.

Oh, now I get it. There are some kind of two types of DirectX9, without one of them SF doesn't work.
Merisor, install this one: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109
The first installer is an extractor, after extracting open the folder where you extracted the files and open DXSETUP.EXE.

Hello I'm having extreme difficulty with SampFuncs.  :bawww: I've gotten the sampfuncs 4.0 and CLEO Latest Version. It seems everyone i've contacted can't figure out the problem.

I keep getting this error message when trying to run SA-MP:

I don't understand I have the latest CLEO program.  key: I don't know what to do i've been up literally 12 hours trying to figure this out and i have nothing. Please if you know a solution reply to this. Thanks so much.

Use SAMP 0.3z R1, and use CLEO 4.1/4.3, it's works for me even with the CLEO 4.3.
And, don't forget to check "cleo.asi", if it's not in the place (GTA SA folder), then it would be the problem.

Flamez I'll try that. I just cleared out SA extracting the torrent right now. Starting brand new with R-1 I think that was the problem. I was using R-2. I'll keep you updated. Thank you for your help. :urtheman:

Okay. I've did everything you guys have said. I get no more error pop ups about the cleo version or anything or the .asi loader error. Now just crashes? I don't know what i did wrong. please check it out i have the error report here http://postimg.org/gallery/ppiwjin2/417f564f/

it's 5 screenshots each screenshot is the same error report just me scrolling down. I followed the steps. I don't know what i possibly could've done wrong.  :bawww: :bawww:
