Help Slowmotion Bug | ( Not FPS DROPS ) | [HAPPEN AGAIN]

So i've reinstalled GTA SA but the result is the same , it's got slowmotion like in Action Move.  :red_eyes: , It's not FPS DROP , i checked it , but no the FPS is still there . This only happen when i turn on ENB ( FPS still 50 ) , and in a foggy , sandstorm weather,...  key: , I seriously need your help from now , i've removed all CLEO folder but the result still same , i think it's happen in .asi ( Just tested , not .asi) or something.  :urtheman:

Just delete all mods u have in gta folder, that sounds something like memory things, i had this problem on  Invisible.cs

I believe some weathers can make a player(s) lag, it might be that - with the other problem I have no idea, what server we talking about I might be able to get some info for you mate

The FPS when bad weather is still 60 FPS , and ENB is 50 FPS , it can't be that , and i've no MODs

Then idk, it sounds like u have some mods or something. My GTA experience ends here, i know only cleo

It's problem is now fucking serious weird, If i only installed Clean GTA SA , it's fine , but if i put some .asi like SAMPFUNC , Slowmotion begin , then i delete , and it's still Slow Again , Fucking Weird. =="

NVM: It's just fixed its Self lol.

Use asi loader too, and be sure ots SF 3.1.2

Go to Advanced -> Draw Distance Minimum, try a low resolution and set quality to LOW.
Gibe us info about your PC specs.

First try going to Display Settings and turn off Frame Limiter ( because if you have frame limiter you get only 60 FPS ).

NVIDIA Geforce 210 , [ I'm using Low ENB ]

If i reinstall CLEAN GTA SA with NO MODS , NO CLEO , NO .ASI , it's works like a charm , but ...

DKAY listen carefully.  Go to GTA san andreas user files if u know where is it ? When u are in that folder delete all content in there. Be sure that  gta sa.set is gonna get deleted too. This might help. Its only thing what is not gonna get reinstalled with GTA

Before, it worked all finely , but since i put something in don't remember (.asi) , it's starting slowmotioning , and i reinstall it , if my GTA SA is Clean only with ENB , it'll works fine , if it have CLEO SAMPFUNC, .asi .v..v.v it's starting Slowmotion for no reason LOL~, it's works only with CLEAN (just installed) , if i delete all .asi , it's still there. SLOW~~~MOTION~~~

I've a CLEO from springfield , which removed the Frame Limit.

Yeah it was time to open it again. It will look now messy because im updating and cleaning things and fixing links
