Since new guys can only register with invites there are many guests who want to learn cleo scripting and just discover shit, or something else so why not enable the links also for guests ?

UGBASE isn't the only place to learn cleo scripting you can go to GTAFORUM but if you wanna do more stuff with sampfuncs etc then i guess UGBASE is the perfect place but probably most people wanna come to ugbase to request some aimbot cleo mod that must have an activiation key of ctrl alt delete or something.
