I'll try that.

Just an info:

Default .ini
Turned off - Can see through walls, but default nametag render distance.
Turned on - Can't see through walls, but custom nametag render distance.

Its good but  on some servers players are allowed to switch their name tags off. Mostly on rp servers I think that is to avoid people reading their names. When you enable this name tag hack you can only see the names of people with names on. Is there a way of adding something in order to see both the people with their name tags off and on? Like in s0biet etc.

Has any one expericenced some building lag? Like you look at a building and it syncs in, and when you make a 360 with your player and go back to the building it tries to sync itself in again??? Too many names at a time make my game do this...

That thing also happens when you were in mta with both 0.3c and 0.3e objects on. It overloads and after some short time the RAM starts not to be sufficient enough.

Works pretty good. However I can't see nametags through walls even when enabled, which is kinda what I wanted to use it for.

when I put this and play, my game starts to lag
When I used to use Freeman's nametag hack on 0.3d,0.3e,0.3x, there was no lag at all.

This Mod is basically just editing some Values, I never tested it really nor I had lag with it.
Maybe I'll make an executeable without these "bugs".

I looked into this now and I can say it looks very easy to make an exe
just some writememory
Ive found some addresses:

samp.dll+0x86967        nop 2 bytes  - see name throgh walls
samp.dll+0x86853        nop 6 bytes  - no name distance limit
tested and works without any laggs
